Shipping
- Orders are shipped within 7-10 business days. Orders that are eligible for tracking will receive their tracking information once their package is shipped.
- Once an item is dropped off at the post office, it is out of our control & we are no longer responsible for the package. If you have any issues, please reach out to us by either email or on Instagram & we will do our best to make any accommodations.
- As this point in time, we ship throughout the United States and Canada only .
Returns & Exchanges
At present, we do not offer returns or exchanges, except in the rare case when items arrive damaged. In which case, please sent us a photo of the damages item within 5 days of delivery on Instagram or through email so we can resolve the issue. Buyer must pay for return shipping.
Refunds & Cancellations
- Once placed, an order cannot be cancelled. Please message us on Instagram @serendipitousclay or email us at [email protected] if you need to make an adjustment to your order.
- Refunds will only be given if an item arrives damaged. Please see our Returns & Exchanges policy for info on how to return a damaged item.
